About us
Woodfields have been involved in transport since 1925 where Fredrick Alan Woodfield became a collector of milk churns, collecting from farms as far east as Shropshire across to East Anglia and delivering to the dairy located in Birmingham. We have farmed since those days running Scania 81s moving sheep between farms in Warwickshire and Radnorshire. In 2002 we started supplying a grab loader service collecting customers spoil and supplying them with stone on the return load. In 2006 we started a compost site receiving green waste from Solihull County Council, MOD sites and UK ground maintenance companies. Since then we have moved to Derbyshire and provide services for many companies across the UK from topsoil to concrete, creating partnerships across the UK to supply local materials at the best trade prices.
